Mel’s Drive-In is an iconic L.A. institution, with over 70 years of history as a celebrity haunt and a frequent feature in major TV shows and movies. When the brand decided to venture into franchising, the goal was not only to expand its presence but also to preserve its storied legacy.

I was responsible for executing the design of Mel's new website, including all landing pages, components, and prototyping. This project involved creating a modern, intuitive design that enhanced user interaction and satisfaction. I also designed the emails for the awareness campaign and refreshed the brand's look and feel, while preserving the iconic logo due to its historical significance and public recognition. Through strategic branding, we created a cohesive brand experience that resonated with potential franchisees and upheld the spirit of Mel’s Drive-In, ensuring its tradition of excellence continued as it expanded into new markets.
