New York's Belgian waffle brand, preparing to franchise. The task was to turn a much-loved food truck into a system any operator could run without losing its charm. I refined the logo and palette, and standardized packaging, menus, marketing materials and in-store displays into guidelines franchisees could adopt and adapt.
