ORDEX is a post-construction detailing and turnover preparation company serving Miami's top builders, developers, and designers on sophisticated residential and commercial projects. The challenge was creating a professional and recognizable logo that communicated precision, reliability, and attention to detail—without relying on the visual clichés commonly associated with cleaning services.

The strategy was Refined Presence: using sharper letterforms and controlled proportions to convey the craftsmanship involved in post-construction work, drawing subtle inspiration from editorial design and luxury publications. To add character without competing with the logo, a subtle ibis mark was introduced as a signature accent element—used sparingly as a stamp or detail across applications. The result is an identity that feels elevated and confident, aligned with the level of projects and professionals ORDEX collaborates with, while remaining clear and professional across uniforms, equipment, and operational materials.
